Tipsが旧の田中商店ばっかりなのであらためて。田中そば店はスッキリ系のラーメンです。ダイバーシティー店のお盆、滑りやすいので気をつけて下さい。

かなり豚臭くて人を選びそうなスープ。麺はかなり細め。付け合わせの激辛高菜は本当に激辛てなので気をつけましょう

こってりでクサくてマニア向きか。本場は臭く無くて美味しいのも沢山あるので、長浜ラーメン=クサイと思われたくない。
