Hefeweizen & Cider‎

Bear Republic Double Aught 4.2% Healdsberg, CA

This Bohemian Pilsner is brewed w/ pilsner & vienna malts & hopped w/ Hallertauer hops for a rich, smooth, & crisp taste.

Teton Brewing Old Faithful Ale, 5.3% Victor, ID

Old Faithful Ale is golden blonde in color w/ a crisp body & light malt sweetness. We cold conditioned this ale to give it a pleasantly smooth character & dry palate. The domestically grown noble hops give this beer a light, floral hop aroma, making it exceptionally easy to drink.

Moylan’s Pomegranate Wheat, 5.0% Larkspur, CA,

A tasty, unfiltered wheat beer that is blended w/ pomegranate juice. This light-bodied beer has a hazy pink-amber hue. Refreshing w/ a wheat base & a slight fruity, tart mouth feel.

Julien Hard Apple Cider, 6.99% Julien, CA

Anchor Liberty Ale, 5.9% San Francisco, CA

This American Pale Ale has a citrusy, biscuity aroma w/ a hazy golden color. Flavorful hops round out the freshness. In 1974 this was the first “dry hopped” Ale, a true west coast classic...the Original IPA but classified a Pale Ale by todays standards.

Rubicon Brewing Co. IPA, 6.5% Sacramento, CA

Golden in color w/ an assertive hop bitterness, this IPA has pleasant citrus aromas balanced by a slight malt sweetness. It won gold medals at the Great American Beer Festival.

Firestone Walker Double Jack, 9.5% Paso Robles, CA

This Imperial or Double IPA features a big malty middle to cloak the high alcohol & mouth puckering hop bitterness. Huge tangerine, grapefruit & juicy fruit aroma blossom over the herbal blue basil & malt earthiness of this aggressive beer.

Widmer O’Ryely IPA, 6.4% Portland, OR

Aromas of citrus blossoms & spice. Flavor of grapefruit w/ a rye spice finishing slightly grassy. Medium bodied w/ a sweet clean finish & moderate carbonation.

Black Diamond Rampage Imperial IPA, 9.0% Concord, CA

An enormously aromatic triple hopped brew w/ huge hop flavors & notes of citrus, pine leading to a crisp dry finish.

Sierra Nevada Blindfold IPA, 7.4% Chico, CA

Pours a beautiful dark black/mahogany w/ a creamy head that seems to last forever. The grapefruit aroma fades into hints of light pine. Bitterness comes from the roasted malt w/ adds faint hints of chocolate.

Porter & Stout‎

Schubros Diablo Sunrise 9.3% San Ramon, CA

Diablo shines a radiant black foamy head is an umber-brown. Toasted notes will first to greet your palette, yielding then to the flavors of chocolate, caramel, & coffee. A bit a bit of all three sensations will then carry you forward through a light bittersweet finish. Complex, warming, layered, & eminently drinkable.

Grand Teton Brewing BBA Wake Up Call, Victor, ID

Smooth sweetness w/ toffee notes abound in this wonderfully big porter. Think of a snowy winter evening in Idaho as you sip this beer.
