Of all the many good-to-great restaurants in the neighborhood, Tavern seems to draw me in the most often. (Mostly Gibson's when with out-of-town guests, and Tavern and PJ's with my Chicago neighbors.)
The 12 ounce filet is a great go too and the tuna and avocado app is really good but perfect for no more than 2-3 people

Brunch on the patio! The burrito and club sandwich is huge and good for splitting!
