    Tejas is an amazing place for your body and mind to be restored. The space is beautiful and calming, the teachers are incredibly talented, and the community is friendly and caring.

    The new space is beautiful and calm, and the teachers are very experienced, yet friendly. The classes will give you a wonderful mix of feeling like you have worked your body, yet restored your mind.

    The instructors are all fantastic at this quiet, beautiful yoga studio. The classes always include pranayama and a thoughtful, challenging flow.

    Jim Bennitt is an amazing instructor that makes it very easy for you to link your breathe with your movement via his sequencing.
