Very disappointing experience tonight! Probably the worst iced latte I've ever had in my life. It's not hard to make either. I don't know if the people are just being nice with their ratings here.

Sehr nette Menschen und toller Chai Tea Latte. Treffe mich immer wieder gerne dort mit Freunden. Eine sehr gute alternative zu Starbucks, Woyton und Co.

Leider musste ich heute mitansehen, wie einer älteren Dame, die sich einen Kaffee bestellt hatte, nicht geholfen wurde. Das Personal hatte nichts zu tun. Ich fühlte mich genötigt zu helfen. Traurig !!
