One of the best-kept secrets of Baltimore! Make sure you have a reservation and if the lambkleftiko is on the menu, go with it! The wine cellar room is the best part of the restaurant.
Everything you could ask for from a restaurant in the 90s. Huge menu. Skip the soft shell crabpie, kinda weird. Lobster pasta was bomb. As were the parade of starters. Staff is lovey
The filet was delicious and cooked beautifully! The Goat Cheese salad could use some work though! All in all great dinner! The Proprietor is a great man and was amazing with my son! Felt very welcome
Great fish of all types. They actually will filet the fish at your table and then cook it. Also plenty of meat options as well and by the way they don't bring the cow into dinning area.
The food was very good + the room was nice, but the service was slow - drinks were gone before we got our food. It was also uncomfortably empty, only about 3 other parties while we were there.
The Black Olive Restaurant sits in quaint elegance on the cobblestone section of Bond Street in old Fells Point, and though the restaurant itself is twenty years old, the spirit from which it springs holds a story that stretches through multiple generations.
