$3 Rail drinks every Happy Hour and there not in little airplane glasses either. Different beer special every Happy Hour too- Dc's best and only gathering place for devoted Cincinnati Bengals fans. Sunday specials include beer specials and Skyline Chili coneys.

Andrew DollNovember 22, 2014A dive bar with meh service, but not really. Bartender was drunk and took 15-20 minutes to get my tab, and had to ask another bartender for my card. Dive bar is one thing. Drunken ass is another!
