Great place in the Ace hotel. Pear salad was the best I've ever had. Ribeye for two - yes please. But keep room for the doughnuts. Excellent wine list

I highly recommend the "Lust for Life" cocktail at The Breslin: gin with lavender syrup, mint, lemon juice and soda. Iggy Pop would be proud. The food is great, too...from the same people who run The

Hangtown Fry is a frittata-style breakfast. Don't let your tablemate fool you - yes, the Naked Cowboy Oysters in it are actually oysters.

Go to the Breslin Bar and Dining Room at the Ace Hotel. No reservations for 130 seats, but great lobby bar with red comfy couches and beautiful people (male & female). 1/2 gastropub, 1/2 restaurant Read more

The Breslin is awesome, but I'm a fan of the Ace Hotel lounge next door. While dining at the Breslin, ask the hostess to check for the next avail lounge spot (1st come/serve) for after dins cocktails

April Bloomfield’s restaurant in the Ace Hotel is a shrine for pork, and ordering the whole road pig is always a good choice.

Great decor & atmosphere. Food choices and execution were average. Some hits and some misses. Waited 45 minutes between appetizers & mains during which no one came to check up on us. We won’t be back.

walk in, walk straight up the stairs. don't worry about "leaving your name": hang by the upstairs bar, have them pull you cask ale (hand pump!) and then snag a seat at the opportune moment.

Lamb burger is good but not great. Bun was a bit too toasted and flaky. Lamb was high quality but nothing incredible. Solid burger, but not a top burger place as many lists suggest.
