- Eric SabbanApril 8, 2017Great breakfast and the closest you'll get to a Parisian sandwich in SF. Beware the hours and days of the week, and when they just don't feel like being open. A proper, casual French gem in South Park
- Charlie StiglerOctober 25, 2015Great for brunch. Go for the Choco-Noisette Belgian waffle if you're up for something sugary - it's light and fluffy but also rich in flavor. Service is good, and they give truffles with the receipt!
- Aly OradyDecember 28, 2014One of my regular breakfast spots - it's just a little piece of Paris in SF in a cute neighborhood. Recommend the Salmon Eggs Benedict, the daily Quiche, and the Mushroom buckwheat crepe.
- 板津 魁彦February 28, 2013a favorite i often go for bkf/lunch.onion soup is the best, croque monsieur is good but diff than swiss style we eat at home so i don't usually order it. almond croissant+pain perdu is perfect brunch.
- 7x7 MagazineNovember 1, 2012The smoked salmon on the eggs benedict sits on salty olive bread which absorbs the delicious hollandaise sauce. The cafe has a delightful atmosphere making it a perfect place to start your morning. Read more
- Chee-Hyung YoonFebruary 19, 2016Superb croque monsieur with flavory Emmental cheese. The salad that comes with is fresh and light on dressing which is refreshing.
- Priya SaiprasadApril 21, 2013The benedicts are served with sourdough bread instead of the traditional muffin. So if you're not into sourdough, steer clear of this one. I highly recommend the Bacon & Swiss Quiche though! Amazing!
- Kelly 🍰October 10, 2012Prepare to wait for brunch. Benedict only available on weekends. Get the croque Monsieur/Madame/Mlle with the tomatoes and herbs du Provence for $2 extra. Enjoy the huge salads they come with!
- This is a French owned joint that doesn't serve French portions. Start with a quiche of the day and pray you have room left for a banana nuttella crêpe topped with their house made whipped cream!
- Stephanie ChengJuly 27, 2013The Pain Perdu and the Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon are delicious. Portions are generous - halfsies is recommended!
- The addition of crème fraîche and nutmeg on the croque-monsieur is questionable. This sandwich is already great in its simple and original form.
- YukoMay 14, 2013This restaurant was like a Paris cafe. Since dishes were big-portion, one dish was enough for one person. Side salad was also big volume, so good for health. Taste was good, and cost was affordable.
- Runqiu CaiDecember 8, 2014Cute venue, good service, chef the very personable. The Eggs Benedict is good but not the best I've had. The Croque Monsieur is unique and tasty.
- Marina VolkovaJune 29, 2014Awesome place! Try french toast, it's amazing! The place is packed but the crowd moves fast
- Rosa AyalaJuly 11, 2014The waffle is delicious, but definitely a dessert, for two! They leave you a chocolate truffle w/ your check! Definitely would recommend.
- Serious EatsAugust 30, 2011Get the Tart Tatin - juicy apple hunks, coated in cinnamon, caramelized on the top and served with a massive dollop of freshly whipped cream. Read more
- Rachael LynnMay 12, 2012Get there early! The quiche is to-die for good and sells out quickly. Def not French sized portions. The truffles at the end of the meal are perfect.
- Michael HarrisJanuary 17, 2016If there's a queue and you're only one or two people, let the staff know you're okay sitting at the bar and they can often seat you quickly.
- ᴡᴡᴡ.Bob.pwho.ru EricksonMay 7, 2014Benedicts are available EVERY DAY, not just on the weekends as some of the older tips claimed. Also, quiche is available only after 11 am daily.
- Pei 👻 WenMay 5, 2016Two dishes you can't miss: egg benedicts with smoked salmon & sweet waffles. Wow!
- NanaNovember 23, 2014Love their quiche and croissant. Bacon quiche and asparagus quiche are both good.
- Jessica ChanAugust 29, 2011here's a tip - the portions are huge so get one savory dish (eggs benedict) and one sweet (waffle/french toast) and share amongst two.
- Arianna SandersJune 20, 2013The baguettes are enormous... Probably the most food you can get in the South Park neighborhood for $10. BRING. ON. THE. SALAMI.
- Huong DuongDecember 29, 2012Great customer service. Good intimate place to take friends. Very small but the food is superb and filling.
- Chad BDecember 23, 2014Their croque monsieur melts in your mouth and gives you that comfort food feeling after. Yum!
- Evangeline ChuaJanuary 26, 2014Love the intimate space located in South Park! Get there at 11 to avoid waiting too long!!
- Andy FisherOctober 6, 2011Order the Croque Monsieur and a 1664 - the perfect lunch combo. Add the tomato and herbes de provence to the croque.
- Tim CAugust 3, 2012Their pain perdu (French toast) is the best I've had. Get it with all fruits and cream.
- The almond croissant is gigantic and delicious! Best pastry in SOMA.
- Brad TAugust 8, 2014Benedict is ok. Real hollandaise, perfect eggs but the went big on the bread which didnt add so much.
- Annie Ochoa BenitezFebruary 9, 2015Hard to eat healthy but sooo good. You will wait for brunch but its worth it
- Alyssa D.October 7, 2010The BF found this place thanks to yelp and we were both thankful he did! he got the French Toast & I for the waffle with banana, honey, & sliced almonds. both delicious!
- Magda WalczakMarch 14, 2011A friend and I shared the French toast and the prawn crepe. OMG to both. Yumilicious place. Will definitely go back.
- Chris MessinaSeptember 28, 2015Seems like the quality has fallen in recent years. Their "famous benedict" didn't deserve to be labeled as such; the water tasted soapy.
- jerome knappFebruary 19, 2015Salmon eggs Benedict satisfied me but Half would have been a sufficient breakfast.
- Brian DonovanAugust 30, 2009Their waffles are great (get the banana one), as are the crepes. a coffee fiend I know says their coffee is excellent, and is provided by Grafeo in North Beach.
- Claire PedersenJanuary 16, 2015This place is wonderful! Very small, you really only should go if you are in the SOMA area.
- CatchJuly 27, 2012Pick up a ready made baguette (lunch only) to eat in the park. Salami with cornichons is the best.
