- This is the best cafe in Harlem! Not only because their amazing coffee, but mainly because of the people that are so kind, respectful, friendly and always smiling at us :) Plus it's unique vibe!
- ℳ𝒶𝓎♍August 30, 2018A beacon of hope for those searching for relaxation and a quality cup of coffee in Hamilton Heights. It's very cozy here. The back patio is more spacious and has an abandoned garden vibe in a good way
- Harlem AmbassadorMay 12, 2013A "hipster with a laptop" paradise. An underground den that gives you a garden with cafe and the comfort morsels to accompany that gourmet coffee. Everyone comes for open mic. Why aren't there more?
- Andrea PlaskoFebruary 16, 2015Cute place to work, very hip and trendy for the neighborhood. Great selection of coffee and a small (but good!) selection of little bites. If you stay, coffee is served in China cups :-)
- New York HabitatFebruary 27, 2014A great authentic neighborhood expresso bar known for its lattes and fresh pastries! Free Wi-Fi is also available if you want to do some work while sipping on some delicious coffee!
- Globetrottergirls DaniJuly 3, 2015Great coffeeshop to work at in Washington Heights. Wifi is limited to two hours though (you get a code with each purchase)
- The Dirty Belgian is a must have! Its rich and creamy, and simply amazing! I live right down the street from this soot and I can't believe this is the first time ive seen it.
- Great standard fare in the mornings: cappuccino, bagel with cream cheese, ham and cheese croissant. Wifi works pretty fast and the music selection is always great.
- Francesco SerraJuly 21, 2016Sit back in the backyard , Relax and have your ice latte with chocolate. I love this place!

- Best coffee place in Hamilton Hts. Comfortable place to work (Mac users just thrive here) + back patio is a must sit-out place on a cool day. Downside, Internet times out every 2 hours. Replenish ;)..
- Kelsey MezrahiJune 11, 2016Dirty chai is bomb! They're a little stingy on giving out wifi codes, but the drinks are great and there's a lovely outdoor garden. I just wish they had make food options.
- Untapped CitiesJuly 15, 2013A rare Harlem coffee shop, The Chipped Cup's repurposed furniture and cute garden make it a worthy and charming addition to this Untapped list. Read more

- L ErskineOctober 24, 2015Part of a partnership between brokers and landlords to raise housing prices in Harlem to Dumbo levels.
http://m.nydailynews.com/life-style/real-estate/latte-change-harlem-article-1.1903758 - Pretty good coffee (Culture Espresso), sweet back yard. Remember to ask for a wifi code with your purchase (it lasts 2 hours). Location is below street-level, so don't expect sunny views.
- jillian dinoJune 18, 2013Absolutely worth stopping by if you are in the neighborhood. The staff was very friendly, the coffee was delicious and the outdoor space is lovely.
- Perla AbreuJuly 19, 2016Beautiful place with excellent coffee and very relax space excellent for reading

- Liza FerreiraMay 19, 2013Perfect for grabbing a quick bagel and mocha or the ham & cheese crossiant. It was all delish but If your looking for a full breakfast go elsewhere. $$
- Great vibe, good combination of tables, bench, and a couch. Spotty wifi and an unfortunate selection of music that is played a bit too loud at times are the only drawbacks.
- Robyn GrierApril 25, 2015Good tea selection (plus free rebrews), bagel with chicken salad was yummy, outdoor seating completely occupied with people working on laptops
- Great coffee and bagels, chilled quiet vibe with most people working on laptops. Music selection is also A+
- Project Latte: a NYC cafe culture guideOctober 16, 2013The garden at this Hamilton Heights spot is as great looking as everything else here. Good Counter Culture Coffee but seriously turgid wifi with their new WebBeams system.
- Very cute place. Great coffee. Free wifi. You can hang out on the couch or on the back patio. Also the almond cookies are amazing.
- The Chipped Cup is cozy but, there aren't any food options besides bagels. The Belgian Hot Chocolate is great. Also, after 2 hours of free Wi-Fi they force you to buy something else for more Wi-Fi :/
- Opening day - woo hoo; staff (Andrew & Karen) and offerings (china black tea and cream cheese brownie) are awesome - this is a welcome addition to our 'hood!
