What is there to say, this place is legendary. Grab drinks and enjoy the shows, the most talented comics around perform stand up here. Stay late and you might get to hang out with some.
One of the several great comedy clubs in LA. Historic. Have a good time and be respectful to all performers! Just find parking on the strip wherever you can.
Grab a beer and water maybe a snack(drinks are watered down, so dealers choice) and enjoy. Never a bad show! If you don't enjoy the show it's because you're dead inside, not judging, just commenting
Pay a little more for a VIP booth in the OR. Lots of space for you and a friend — and the comics can’t see you because of the lighting (so you don’t have to worry about crowd work).
Better drinks, don't be cheap on the alcohol. The drinks were watered down. The nachos were soggy. It was a great time 👍. The comedians were amazing, we all laughed so much. Thank You
To the right of the stage against the wall is the best seat in the house. Out of firing range but a clear line a vision to the stage. I had a great time here.
Sign up on their email list and they almost always give away tix to Friday / Saturday night shows. If you sit up front be prepared to get picked on. Jeff Garlin is hilarious if you can catch him.
The Comedy Store says no to a cover charge on Sundays and Mondays from 7 - 9 p.m., so get in, see some stand-up, and get out before they hit you with a $10 price tag at 9 sharp. Read more
1 show in the Original Room features a whopping 16 headlining acts appearing back-to-back. There are also two other stages — the Main Room and the Belly Room — at this popular Sunset Strip venue.
Fundraiser for Leukemia....funny but no so funny....still a success evening thrown by my good friend Kristina P.....Nice job cool!!!!!!!! The calm b-4 the storm..........................
Get there a couple min before show starts for guaranteed seating. We got there a half hour late on a weekday and there weren't two seats together. Luckily we got into the smaller Roast Battle upstairs
getting stuck with a two drink minimum during the very tail end of a show was a bummer (there didn't seem to be a minimum for the following show, which we came for, and which started late.)
Rumored to be haunted by performers (and mobsters) of old. Since 1972, A virtual "who's who" of comedians have and continue to perform here. Many still drop in to try out new stuff!
Ladies, laughing makes you look good! According a recent study, a case of the giggles helps boost blood flow to your skin for up to an hour. This flush is as rosy as the kind from a 30 min. workout!
This LA landmark has been around since 1972, when it was opened by Sammy Shore and Rudy DeLuca in the old Ciro's space. Johnny Carson was an early performer at the venue. Read more
When you are visiting the Offices, make sure you ask for some sort of prize. The Comedy Store marketing team always has some fun stuff to give away. Tony Clifton Tattoos are a personal favorite.
