This market is a few blocks outside Santa Monica, but is so great it needed to be included. There's an all-vegan grill serving veggies and burgers, and a food court with many vegan options.
This is a beautiful farmers market that features live music on Sundays. In addition to produce, Main St shops also sell their wares. Prepared food options include tamales, raw, salad and noodles.
Best prices on many staples and lots of vegan options. TJ brand vegan foods are often marked with a "V." Parking lot is usually packed and people block aisles with carts regularly.
Pretty nice Whole Foods, aisles can be crowded especially after work. 2-level underground garage provides enough parking but it can be slow to enter and exit.
Busy and fun to watch people on the Promenade. Soy milk for drinks available on request, sometime with a charge, and soy mochas are vegan. Frozen drinks can be made with soy too.
This is a small Whole Foods, but they manage to pack a lot in. Great for a quick stop to grab a meal or a few groceries.

Not a place I'd typically recommend for a vegan, but this Ralph's is pretty well stocked for vegans. It will do in a pinch.

This CBTL is especially nice because of their big outdoor fireplace. Grab a drink and sit by the circular fireplace with your feet up. Soy milk available and vegan snacks too.
