This is, hands down, THE best luxury hotel I have stayed in. Our room was spacious, with a comfy bed, the pillows were "just right" & the TV was clear. And free WiFi with no logging in too. A winner!

Hit and miss depending on rooms you get. Lovely old building and lobby. Decent service too. Fantastic restaurants.

Terrible for a "luxury" hotel.Rooms no better than a tarted up Jury's Inn. Service (room service choice, bar hours for residents, pool facilities etc) worse than places at half the price.

An amazing classic hotel. Downside very expensive bar with annoying waiters and enforced table service which means confusing multiple different bills and loads of extra tips on top of your bill.
