- NikNak BarFebruary 16, 2018Just had a fantastic dinner at The Pig. The food was off the charts amazing and our waitress was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back next time we are in the area!!
- When you bite into the Deliverance Burger, it slaps you in the face with amazing flavors coming from 2 habanero & pork patties, double cheese, onion molasses pork belly, and moonshine mayo.
- Dustin LeeDecember 19, 2017Pork wings and face bacon are great apps. Try not to pair face bacon with the porchetta as your main (esp on your own) - both are delicious on its own, but the fat content def gets to you
- Jim GoudreauJune 28, 2017As mentioned by others, the mac and cheese is really good... lots of cheese sauce and nice truffle finish with a crusty top. The Pig Burger is excellent, ask for face bacon instead of regular bacon.
- Tracy IsaacJune 14, 2016Try everything!!! The sausage board as the starter was amazing. The onion marmalade was so tasty. I'm coming back for the pulled pork lettuce wraps
- Pam R.January 14, 2014The pulled pork is their signature dish but the burger is excellent as well. If you love anything from the pig this place is nirvana for you solid drink menu and sweet staff make it a must visit.
- MSCMay 9, 2015A no brainer for any foodie. Everything is AMAZING but some highlights were the Swim&Wallow, the bacon apples and the burger. A rez can be tough on weekends but they serve the full menu at the bar.
- Rachel OrrAugust 17, 2014One of my favorite restaurants in DC despite it being a bit pricey. The charcuterie boards are amazing. Mac and cheese is great. Pulled pork is delicious. Mmm. All of it. Try it all.
- KeyannaOctober 22, 2013I'm not a meat eater but everyone I was with loved everyone from pork cheek to crispy pulled pork. The Mac & cheese is craze amaze and they went bananas over the toffee pudding! Check it out!
- Elaine PoeApril 24, 2014The bacon-wrapped apples were really nice, but you only need to know two words for sure in this place: Face Bacon. It will change your life. It's fatty, but it's perfectly rendered. Order it twice.
- Everything @ The Pig is magnificent. Brunch, lunch, dinner & drinks. We've always had wonderful service & a smile at every turn. A changing menu makes things fun & if you're a group - try the Big Pig!
- Bitches Who BrunchFebruary 12, 2016Our favorite dessert was the carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and chocolate “soil,” which were salted Oreo crumbs, complete with real mini carrots. Read more
- Kenneth KukJune 1, 2014Order in advance for a something different! We ordered a roasted pig head. Might be pretty weird if you are not too adventurous but definitely an interesting experience! The porchetta was also great!
- XinyuNovember 5, 2016If you have a party of 6and above and you love the pig, order 3 day in advance and get a whole pig! It is definitely worth the trip
- Annia HernandezSeptember 9, 2014Obviously the pig is the main of each plate, for me the best entree was the bacon peaches and for supper the crispy pork shank !
- Rajani PrasadAugust 25, 2013The food is great every time but the brunch dish- cheek with grits and greens: wow! Add an egg on top, it is to die for! Pair it with a bacon bloody mary and friends and life is complete!
- Easily, one of the best restaurants in DC. Very unique and delicious menu! Order anything, you will not be disappointed. Highlights: Pig Cheeks, Mac N Cheese and Ragu!
- Beef cheeks are fantastic, Mac and cheese is best I've had EVER. Pulled pork was spectacular. Plus great service. This place blew me away. Hope it stays as strong as it is now in its opening.
- Katie RunyanApril 3, 2017Went for a Sunday brunch. I had the Benedict, which was delicious. Two in our group ordered the pork omlette, which was reportedly underwhelming. But everyone else reported a very tasty meal!
- Wil JeudyAugust 16, 2014This place is amazing! Crispy shank dish is all incredible. Yummy beer rounds it out. Interesting pork dishes throughout. Def worth it!!
- If they have goat stew as a special, you must order it. Otherwise, pulled pork is excellent, and the truffled Mac & cheese is fantastic. Charcuterie is quite good, as are cheeks. Cauliflower sucks
- Ruth KFebruary 22, 2015Service is warm, welcoming and they will right any wrongs. Menu changes...I'm always on the look out for any curries and the more non-traditional dishes... try everything!
- Ivy NguyenMay 27, 2013Really like their crispy pig ears and braised cheeks. Applewood smoked bacon, mac&cheese, and chorizo & smoke shrimp hash were OK. Definitely will come back to try their dinner menu.
- Mike SingletonApril 15, 2014The sausage board is outstanding. Try it with a side of bacon wrapped apples and the bourbon flight if you're in the mood.
- The Bo Ssam is a great bar dish and what we call 'belly to belly dining'.
- Eric EmanuelsonAugust 19, 2017Came here for restaurant week 2017. Ribs, charcuterie plate were both generous, and the olive oil cake was delicious. Fantastic meal!
- travel4foodApril 1, 2015Face bacon? Yes. Lard doughnut? Yes. Chicken fried pork? Yes. All good. All pork. All the time.
- Anna EbbesenFebruary 10, 2013While brunch is great, I'll go for dinner instead and indulge on all things pig. Their drinks are phenomenal - Miss Piggy is still one of the best cocktails I've ever had.
- Chucho S.August 13, 2014Skip the pig tails. They are just ok. But cannot go wrong with the wild boar and berries and the bacon wrapped peaches. I would go back just for those two dishes. Amazing.
- Ruth KMay 19, 2015They recently changed management / style and the soul of the original Pig is no longer. It has become from one of our favorite restaurants to just another soulless "trendy" restaurant on 14th street.
- Matthew MorrisDecember 15, 2012Ask for a booth. Order the pre-platter with xtra bread. The pulled pork over grits is something you won't soon forget. The Pig receives *** plus the #mayormorris Seal of App
- Phil ThomasAugust 12, 2012Ear here LOTS! Great place, amazing food. Great team. Good job. Especially love Brunch menu but all menu is great!
- Elizabeth TerrellJune 16, 2012Had the roast cauliflower, charred pork belly, lamb manti dumplings, and mushrooms buerre blanc- latter two were mind blowing, but all the dishes were multifaceted in flavor.
- JasonApril 25, 2013Braised cheek. Holy hell. Delicious! My life will never be the same. And that huge piece of bone marrow. Damn! My new fave pork place!
- Tasting TableJune 14, 2012Start a meal at this pork-centric restaurant with the trotter ravioli. Carry on with braised cheeks, boar ragout and berry shortcake--made, of course, with lard: Read more
- Recently took the pulled pork off small plates. WTF?!?! Sorry guys, you do it well, but I grew up in the heart of NC BBQ country and pulled pork and collards for $19 is just insulting, even in Logan
- Claire CruseFebruary 16, 2013Great for vegetarians and vegans - menu items are marked if they're meat free or vegan! You've never seen brussels sprouts cooked so many ways!
- Alberto BanderasMay 13, 2018The food was very good. Had to sit outside since it was fully booked, but service and quality of food was good
- Szabolcs 'csapos' PerlakiSeptember 28, 2015Had the face bacon and pork cheeks, both are super delicious! Beer selection is awesome, too!
- Amy T.August 8, 2012Not a big fan of Mac n cheese but the one here is one of the best I have tasted, cleaned the plate! Pulled pork and cheeks were fantastic!!!!
- Bitches Who BrunchSeptember 28, 2015The Bitches Say: B+. The Pig’s “snout to tail” mantra does not disappoint the pork-lovers; and the options for vegetarians impressed as well. A “must-try” for adventurous eaters in the District. Read more
- Noel Yuri-BermúdezAugust 12, 2018The face bacon is rightly championed. It's edible sin. The most decadent thing I've put in my mouth in years
- Burger is to die for. Desserts are better than expected so save some room.
- Fun menu that always changes. Try the face bacon and definitely order a bloody, it comes with a stick of bacon.
- Elisa C.June 19, 2017Amazing menu, huge portions. Perfect for groups. Highly recommend the sandwiches.
- Seth RosenblattAugust 2, 2013Good service. Mac and cheese was the bomb. Pork cheek was great. Will return! Pig tails were good but spicy!
- I've always had a good experience here despite the vegetarian thing. The barrel-aged manhattan is pricy but worth it.
- Jimmy ThompsonJanuary 19, 2016Love the pork theme not sure I loved the taste equally. It was good not sure I would say great for the price
