The best thing about The Publick House is its extensive selection of rare (at least in the U.S.) Belgian beers, but the Monk Fries in a paper cone are a close second. Eat some with truffle ketchup.
Rue La LaSeptember 5, 2012One of the best selections of Belgian beer (draft and bottled) in the area. Get there early on weekends - it fills up fast, and food stops by 11PM. Our favorite brew? Delirium Tremens on tap.

The best mac and cheese I have ever eaten and I have eaten a lot of mac and cheese.- Mussels pot #5 is insanely delicious. Order a mac and cheese for the table to share. Wash it down with an Allagash White or one of the other awesome selections from the rotating draft list.

HUGE beer menu! I think you could come here every day for six months and not try every beer. Try the Belgians.
The best restaurant made mac-n-cheese you will ever have, never a dull beer moment. Go early weeknights. The weekend crowd causes an unfortunate wait and not much room to order while-you-wait drinks.
Monk's Frites are great. Beer selection is excellent. Veggie Burger is good too, but get toppings (avocado, cheese, grilled onions) or it's super plain.

McChouffe is almost always on tap and is always delightful. Frites with chipotle mayo are a must.
Great beer selection, always very crowded. Stand near the bar, space turns over pretty often. Frites are the best in the world.- If you like Guinness then try the O'Hara's on draft! Same type of Irish Stout but with 100x more flavor than Guinness - and Guinness is/was my favorite beer.
