- Devin HealeyJune 19, 2015Maybe the greatest bar in the world. Shuffleboard, board games, life size jenga, and awesome drinks. Plus you'll feel like you walked into a Wes Anderson movie.Upvoted Nov 10
- Michael TyznikOctober 4, 2014Super cute place to hang out, with great cocktails. Check out the wallpaper in the bathroom. If you want to play shuffleboard get there early unless you're willing to wait a couple hours.Upvoted Oct 4
- Skip the wait by making a reservation in advance for a private cabana and court! $$$, but comes with unlimited drinks and really great service. Drinks are strong = Blackout. #nycadventures #brooklynUpvoted 2 weeks ago
- Nate SDecember 20, 2018My go-to spot when I’m planing an event with a large group of people (birthday party, work party). Easy spot to hang out with 20-30 friends. Follow up with Dinosaur BBQ or Ample Hills. Easy peasy.
- Bet your friends to a round of Bimini Ring Game (left wall as you enter). Pro tip: don't swing your ring directly towards the hook, throw a touch left/right to swing in an arc for greater success.
- Noah WeissAugust 24, 2014Come for the cocktails -- the bourbon ones especially -- and the throwback DJ and the ginormous space and the board games. Stay, likely for a long 2hr wait, for the shuffleboard.
- Priya SubramaniamSeptember 27, 2016This is one of my favorite places in Brooklyn. It's a bit of a hike, but worth it.Everything about this place is great. Decor, cocktails, overall vibe and the floor shuffleboard is unique and so fun!
- IrmaZandl ZandlSlantOctober 19, 2014So much fun. Definitely want to come back here with a group. Bar with tasty cocktails and they serve pizza. But apparently food trucks stop here as well which would be great.
- Tarah FeinbergNovember 22, 2014Fun activity for a group. Nice alternative to bowling, etc. Pretty trendy and full of hipsters, though. Get a cabana and the waitresses will take care of you.
- Great selection of board games, all free to play while you wait your turn for shuffleboard! Plus, the beach-y atmosphere is perfect for pretending it's summer.
- Colin M. FordMarch 3, 2015This bar is my favorite in New York. It can be tough to get a shuffleboard but the staff is always super helpful. Plus, because of a fire marshal rule, it's never crowded even when at capacity.
- Andrew COctober 15, 2018Lots of fun with unique cocktails, fun vibes, great music, plenty of board games... but shuffleboard is super long wait as a walk-in, esp on the weekend (waited about 3hr midday Saturday)!!!
- Kien NguyenAugust 2, 2015Shuffleboard, giant jenga, connect four, and bingo revived in the best way possible. Awesome decor, good vibes, friendly hipsters. And don't forget to check out the photo booth in the back!
- Damian BayonaJune 22, 2015Flamingo, Tiki, Florida themed bar with shuffleboard, board games and killer DJs. Good for parties or just a night out with your squad. Plus they put those little umbrellas in your drinks ☺️
- Tim HettlerJuly 8, 2015You may be in for a long wait, but the novelty of shuffleboard is worth it. Grab a beer, a board game (they have Settlers of Catan!), and enjoy the wait in style.
- Hannah BDecember 26, 2015Was here for a friends 25th birthday and it couldn't have been more perfect. There's something for everyone and drinks are inexpensive. Super fun, look forward to coming back!
- Ranu RajkarnikarNovember 6, 2014Shiny, new and fun! Great cocktails and a laid back vibe. Then again, shuffleboard seems to be for lazy alcoholics (which works fine for me).
- Connie ChiuJanuary 14, 2018It is actually quite beautiful here. Lots of different games and places to sit and hang. Music is on point. Great of big groups.
- Jeffrey KaoJune 7, 2017Great weekend group hangout spot. So many options afterwards. Ample Hills for Ice Cream, Insa for K-BBQ & Karaoke, or Dinosaur BBQ for American BBQ and live music.
- Umair ZiaJanuary 3, 2017Great place to bring visiting friends. Just be ready to put up with lots of bros and basics. But great music, cocktails and fun games
- The New YorkerApril 1, 2014“Cocktails are named for legends of the game—the Earl Ball is made with Old Forester bourbon, fresh pineapple and lemon juice, ginger, and black-pepper syrup, and is as sweet as can be.” Read more
- Everything about this place rocks. The decor, music, speciality drinks, and the game itself. Come with a few friends, leave making a few more. It's that kind of place.
- JPMay 8, 2015Great for dates and groups. Great drinks, fun games, and if you want you can get food from a nearby truck, dinosaur bbq, or dessert from ample hills, it's a no lose situation.
- CITY GRITAugust 9, 2014This ain’t your granny’s shuffleboard. Though they do offer bingo on some nights! Grab some cocktails and get after it! Then get after some grub served from a rotating line-up of food trucks!
- Nick AndlingerJanuary 25, 2016This place is awesome. Everything from the beer selection to the awesome service to the food truck was outstanding.
- Dee And RickyOctober 21, 2015Amazing time played shuffle board for the 1st time and made Dee and Ricky LEGO hearts for The Foursquare and the PA Teams.. #Epic! Met lots of amazing people 😊 👌🏿👌🏿
- ºDamian White ºMarch 29, 2014Wanna go on a cruise? But can't afford it just yet? Look no further than The Royal Palms! You'll feel like you're whisked away even if for just an evening! #shuffleboard #bingo #flamingos #love
- Gabriel HayesAugust 9, 2015When waiting for shuffleboard, they have many other awesome games to enjoy. Get a good group together and play Catan, Taboo, Cards Against Humanity or one of the many other games.
- Scott MenzerAugust 29, 2014I had a lot of fun here! Great activity for a group of friends, work event (which is what we did) or even a date. I'd definitely recommend checking them out.
- Danley HuJune 4, 2017Fun and great for group events. Our waitress was definitely not the friendliest. Also make sure to eat before coming, the only food available is an indoor food truck serving Lebanese food.
- Sarah SpagnoloSeptember 21, 2015At this shuffleboard club—a design mix between Florida, Cuba, and Brooklyn—everyone on staff can give you an introductory 2-min lesson. And be sure to check out the bathroom wallpaper!
- stephiedooNovember 7, 2014Channel the 75yo in you. Play Uno or other games if you get tired of shuffling. Buy a pizza pie to share from the corner pizza stand.
- Nate SMay 8, 2017Great for groups! Two bars, a taco truck, lots of room to mingle. It's a no-brainer spot if you need a place for a group of 20+ people.
- Weekly cart food, $4 Pacifico and shuffleboard. What's not to like? Brooklyners hangiut for sure, but a lot of fun. Sunday guest vendors and burlesque shows are great :D
- Monica DesaiAugust 27, 2014Great double date spot, who knew shuffleboard was so fun? And they have boozy cocktails and games while you wait
- Craig MiddletonAugust 20, 2014Reminded me of a scene out of The Big Lebowski. Strongly advise to rent a cabana while you wait. $35 all you can drink. Most drinks are 11$ so it's definitely worth it!
- Kelsey✨January 10, 2016Great for groups, parties, special occasions, etc; but the wait time for the shuffleboard court is unreal. Get there early if you actually want to play
- Gabriel HayesAugust 9, 2015Awesome cocktails here. Really enjoyed The Earl Ball, The Bunny Hoover Mai Tai and The Shuffleboard Bob.
- Jack OsborneOctober 10, 2014Everyone taking about the multitude of games nobody talking about the Flamingo wallpaper in the bathrooms. #bathroomwallpapertips
- TiffanyApril 3, 2016Super cute decor! One hour of shuffleboard is $40. There's usually a waiting list for the games so play their other games including wooden jenga while you wait.
- Meredith BlechmanAugust 28, 2015Awesome spot for an outing w/ friends. You just need a group of 4 to play. Amazing cocktails, and a rotating food truck serving patrons daily
- Campbell BirdAugust 16, 2016I dig the aesthetics here but little else. The bar doesn't seem big enough to accommodate the number of people that can fit in here. Also, their music selection is suspect.
- Nicole ReganFebruary 7, 2016Such a great place to do something fun with friends. Great drinks, food truck, board games to play if waiting for a court.
- Jonathan L.June 26, 2016First time player & I had a fun time. Once you have a court, you do not get to play continously. You only get an hour of play and must get another ticket. Sucks, but only fair to everyone.
- Meaghan SmithMarch 1, 2015came for a friend's birthday and had a great time. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. Really fun atmosphere!
- It feels like you've stepped onto a Wes Anderson set. Don't feel like paying for a shuffleboard court? Check out life-size Jenga!
- Pull on your cardigan and start practicing for retirement. That includes drinking lots of bourbon. Walkers probably aren't allowed on the courts though...
- Brandon CainMay 30, 2019Shuffleboard, boardgames, music, drinks, and fun. All placed in one place in Brooklyn. Def check out
- Katelyn TrelaJanuary 13, 2016Really fun, but gets crowded very fast. Make sure to get there early to get in a game of shuffleboard without herds of bros everywhere.
