Miami Beach’s most grown-up hotel has a serene atmosphere and graceful Asian design. The new Setai Grill is a steak house with extravagant French touches (like the côte du boeuf with Roquefort sauce).

The service is good and the staff is very polite. Tasty food and every facility is made with attention to detail. The lounge outside and the bar are spectacular. I will come back for sure!

A cool aesthetic coupled with efficient and helpful staff. Lost my wallet in a cab and the hotel staff not only found the cab and driver but arranged for him to bring me my wallet. Four star service!

Miami spice menu -truffle sunny side up, risotto was creamy and decadent- good portion size. chocolate and passion fruit sorbe. We waited forever btw courses. Incredibly slow!!!

the best beach service in south beach. Filled with foreigners. Quiet pool compared to other hotels, so perfect for a relaxing getaway in SoBe.

Stay in the residence/condo tower where the ocean and beach views are unbelievable. Also be sure to enjoy the pool area - three pools all at different temperatures!

Great hotel ,, but .. I had some oysters at the restaurant and they served them hot and they where not good , i left them all and they didnt take them out of the bill , very unprofesional with that !

A luxury hotel. Park your Car os horrible. They always get the Car late. I found the courtyard room too small. The staffs were always helpfull and very sympatic.

Staff was unpleasant. We were put in an "non-guest section" behind back of the bar; bartender was curt and added a 20% gratuity to a tab (for two) without notice. Nice view; drinks and food generic.
