- Scottie MilagroNovember 17, 2014Long long wait for the airport shuttle. Take the Fox shuttle that comes more frequently & drops off next door. Only two options available for a compact and my car was dirty & smelled like body odor.

- Marta TsonevaMay 1, 2012Wait forever for the shuttle! I've been standing here, watching a dozen each of the other companies' shuttles come and go, and Thrifty took 20 minutes. Use another company.
- Be prepared for a long wait for the shuttle. Sign up for Blue Chip beforehand or be prepared to wait for 2 hours before they get to you.
- ReShon AndersonOctober 20, 2011This will be my last time renting Thrifty...especially this location. It is filthy/disgusting in the waiting area and they will charge u for gas even w/ a full tank if u don't have a receipt!

- Cassie NJanuary 20, 2014This place is a piece of crap. They check your credit score and if you don't have a certain score you won't be able to rent. Go to National they don't do credit checks and give free upgrades.

- Esther ChongDecember 24, 2012Service is bad. Workers are rude if you don't bother to buy insurance. They looked down on you as if you cant pay.Manager is rude too. Think twice before renting their cars.
