    Tilth takes organic hippie sustainable cuisine to the extreme. Amazing food served in a converted house. Good place if you're looking for a gourmet meal in a Portlandia-like atmosphere.

    Chef Maria Hines has the only certified organic restaurant in the city and her cooking products are absolutely beautiful. Set in a little house, the atmosphere makes your experience even more cozy. -T

    …Everything is fresh, organic, local, and otherwise Seattle compliant. The 8-course tasting menu with wine pairings is the way to go.

    The seared tuna with black nile barley, pickled cauliflower, and rehydrated grapes was exceptional. The menu changes monthly, go enjoy now!

    Crab and corn risotto was great. So we’re the BBQ mushrooms. Nice atmosphere as well.
