The Tomb of the Unknowns is one of our nation's most hallowed and respectful places. Please remain standing and remove your hats out of respect for our nation's honored soldiers.

You must stay for the changing of the guards. Not a sound by anyone. Everyone was quite and this includes infants. I will be back here again. This was definitely a highlight of my week.

Please, for the sake of the fallen soldiers, turn off the ringer on your cell phones. It's so inconsiderate when your phone rings during the ceremony.

Stand on the south side of the steps for the best view of the inspection ceremony. That is the side where restrooms are located as well.
