What a great airport! I love the open self service Relays, the open floor restaurants tables, free water refills, clean and new bathrooms. The staff is veeeery relaxed!
Leave yourself lots of time. Most things at this "global hub" don't work. Delays getting Gates, nexus machines out of order, moving sidewalks out of order, usually one train from Value Park is closed.

Don't put anything sharp or suspicious looking in your luggage. TSA is a bunch of uneducated ignorant jerks, so be careful not to be sarcastic or even remotely rude in case you get unfairly detained!
Terminal 3 has notoriously slow baggage handling. If at all possible, avoid checked baggage when travelling to or through this airport, especially terminal 3.
Don't connect to the Us from Pearson WHAT A JOKE you have to wait in a massive line until your bag is received in their system. Staring at a screen for an hour now.
