Be ready at US customs. If you are prepared, you get through pretty quick. ID and boarding pass ready, receipts handy in case.

U.S. Customs is the bane of my existence. If you're flying to the U.S., factor in at least a good 15 minutes.

If you are going to the U.S. and don't have GOES/Nexus, plan on arriving at least 2 hours early. The US Customs preclearance takes at least an hour of queuing to go through.

Never, ever connect internationally through Pearson. Double immigration and customs for the US-bound; plan to add two plus hours. (The inter-terminal baggage protocol alone boggles the mind.)

Easy to navigate. Gates to USA could have better options and restrooms small.

Be sure to allow plenty of time between connections. Supposedly US budget cuts mean fewer resources and way longer lines

The new offsite covered parking (I think it is called Viscount) is excellent, with a train that takes you to the terminal.

Watch out for the terror of Toronto. Short guy patrolling customs. If he catches u w ur fone he takes u out of line and makes u start over.

If you're flying to the US and have Global Entry, you must have your Global Entry card to use the Nexus/GE security line. The security kiosks don't support passport and fingerprint scanning.
