- Cosmo, the purser up in first, is hilarious. Former NYC cop. And don't make him repeat himself. He's not happy when you make him do that.
- Make the most of the free wi-fi, you'll be in customs line for at least 2 hours.

- Got an iPhone? Good then you don't need to print your boarding pass. It's 2012 people
- Don't fly Sunwing. Ever. This place has free wifi and baggage carts though!
- If you're going to the US regularly, take customs forms & fill out in advance to avoid the chaos before customs!

- You can access Admiral's club free wifi from Starbucks at A10.
- Terminal 3 is the worse. Unfortunately they "threw" all the US airlines there. The security on Terminal 3 also makes you take your shoes off, even if you are part of Nexus/TSA Pre-Terminal 1 doesn't.

- Neck pillow, headphones, and a Pre-boarding pint at Fionn MacCool's.
- Gateway to the largest city in Canada. Mayor Rob Ford transitions through here so it's not a bad deal. If you're like me, you will be picked up and driven here, it's so large it's nutty.
- Get a Nexus card. Saves you time even when not leaving the country.

- Use the lower security (Connections/No Checked Baggage) in Terminal 1 if you can - way faster!

- Michaela PearceFebruary 4, 2010There aren't many food selections in the Delta terminal (B). Be sure not to arrive hungry! Also, places to hang out are limited which kind of stinks for those with long layovers. Safe travels!
- Not a ton of food options for those traveling on US carriers. Better off eating before if you can.
- The new customs terminals are a great time saver.
