Drills Membership (Sport-Specific Training)
Tighten up your game for next season with individual, small group, team, or organization-wide training. We focus on speed, agility, explosion, core strength, and functional movement while implementing our Injury Prevention Program. Training times are age-specific.
General Membership
Our awesome facility is all yours.
Personal Training
Let us design a program that fits your goals. Choose from half hour or one hour sessions. You can sign up for personal training without joining as a general member.
Group Fitness
At Transcend Fitness, group classes are about getting motivated and energized by fellow members. Classes are run by experienced instructors who will push you to reach your personal best.
Indoor Cycling
Whether you're a beginner rider or an expert, this is the class for you. Our cycling instructors will take you through jumps, climbs, sprints, and intervals on your way to burning 400-800 calories. This class is low impact, high intensity, and easy to join at any time.
Speed and Agility Training
If you're an athlete aspiring to take your game to the next level, this is the place to be. Our sport performance training program is designed to improve foot speed, explosive movement, plyometrics, flexibility, agility, and anaerobic conditioning. We'll help you correct muscle imbalances and prevent injury, including ACL injuries. Our Drills Intermediate class welcomes athletes as young as eight years old.
Mixed Martial Arts
Master Dan Massimini trains fighters ages 10 and up in the arts of Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Stand-Up and Grappling. Our MMA school is one of the fastest growing programs in Bucks County, welcoming beginners and black belts alike. Learn more.
Carousel CrossFit
When's the last time you climbed a 15 foot vertical rope or pressed weight overhead? Fast, explosive, functional movement is the name of this game, regardless of your level of experience or age. This CrossFit-certified class combines cardiovascular training, resistance lifting and bodyweight movements to help you look and feel great.
Boot Camp
Join the ranks of Bucks County's fittest women. Boot Camp is one of Transcend's signature classes, featuring functional movement that uses traditional and non-traditional equipment and training methods. We'll push you to your personal breaking point for maximum progress.
Alpha Male
Guys looking to trim body fat and increase strength have met their match. This interval training class is focused on explosive movement with various intensity levels. You'll use non-traditional training methods on equipment like sledge hammers, rings, tires, bands and weights.
Boxing
Prepare to be drenched in sweat. The Transcend Boxing Club, trained by Olympic Boxer Terrance "The Heat" Cauthen, offers a workout like none other. You'll engage in everything from basic combos to controlled sparring using heavy bags, body shields, hand pads, and more.

We are a licensed CrossFit affiliate, offering the principal strength and conditioning program used worldwide by many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and professional athletes.

Transcend Boxing Club and MMA School are major destinations for boxing and MMA enthusiasts, whether you're looking to compete at an elite level or just get a workout like no other.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
The Transcend MMA school incorporates Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Master Daniel Massimini and instructors Patrick Elgert and Paul Mekhedav focus on training fighters of all ages in standup as well as grappling. Our #1 priority is safety -- we want to see our students progress and learn rather than lose them to injury or de-motivation. Students focus on improving not only themselves, but also their partners. Our instructors' vast teaching experience in the Mixed Martial Arts has enabled us to constantly evolve to better accommodate our students and to help them succeed.
Boxing
Come learn the art of hitting without being hit. Olympic Boxer Terrance "The Heat" Cauthen coaches Olympic style boxing, speed drills, defense and offense, cardio and stamina. You'll engage in everything from basic combos to controlled sparring using heavy bags, body shields, hand pads, and more. The Transcend Boxing Club meets every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6:30-7:30.

Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of their athletic ability. CrossFit Kids was developed to help kids to grow up healthy, strong and develop a life long love of fitness which will give them the right foundation to avoid common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity. CrossFit Kids classes are designed with kids in mind and combine skill practice, workouts and fun games that focus on building strength and conditioning. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, running, jump roping, and more. In order for kids to learn and succeed in other sports, they need to start with the basics which includes using the 10 General Physical Skills; Cardio-Respiratory Endurance, Power, Strength, Stamina, Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Balance, Accuracy and coordination.
Age Appropriate Programs
Kids Class (Ages 5-12)
At this age CrossFit teaches not only basic physical skills, but also social skills and confidence. Children learn foundation movements like the squat, pushups, pull ups, climbing, jumping, and elementary gymnastic movements. More importantly, you will see your child also learns to follow directions, listen, communicate, and play with others. Every class includes game play and positive reinforcement. Your child's confidence, both physically and mentally, will grow with each class. CrossFit Kids includes a focus on leadership skills. As children progress through the program, they will be asked to model movements, lead exercises, and demonstrate an ability to verbally explain exercises.
Teens (Ages 13 and Up)
This age group needs a specialized workout tailored to their needs. Many teens are involved in organized sports and our workouts will help strengthen and condition them to improve in their sport of choice.
Why Crossfit?
As a parent it can be daunting to select activities in which to enroll your child. Sports, dance, or martial arts? What about school? Kids have a lot going on these days and they also have their own opinions about things. There are many reasons it is a great discipline for your children. CrossFit can be a great base for kids to carry them into other sports and also develop them as healthy fit human beings.

The benefits of a program like CrossFit Kids can be long lasting for children, both physically and mentally, and it is a great activity for children to get into at any age. We coach kids begining at the age of five. At the younger ages, CrossFit develops their bodies across a broad range of skills. By exposing them to a variety of stimuli therefore their bodies adapt and grow both physically and neurologically. As teenagers, CrossFit is a fun and efficient way for young athletes to develop the strength and conditioning base they need to excel in their sport of choice.
Physical Benefits
CrossFit is great for kids because of the wide variety of disciplines it involves, from weightlifting to calisthenics to gymnastics. Kids brains are like little sponges, itching to make neurological connections and adaptations. These connections in the brain are made in response to stimuli. The more kids can be exposed to when they are young, the more connections and capacities they develop and retain for the rest of their lives. Think of friends you have who did not play sports growing up, unless they have consciously worked at it as an adult, they are probably still somewhat uncoordinated. On the other hand, people you know who trained regularly in athletics growing up have a capacity to take on new things still as adults and display efficient and effective movement with their bodies.
Fitness as a Lifestyle
One of the main reasons CrossFit is so beneficial to children, is that it instills the value of fitness at an early age. It is also important to make sure kids find fitness fun - if children grow up associating working out with being something enjoyable and clearly seeing the benefits to their bodies and health, then they are more likely to keep fitness as a priority throughout their lives. Eating healthy becomes a natural and normal choice and being active becomes something they just do. Enrolling kids in an all-encompassing program like CrossFit also shows children health and fitness is something their parents prioritize and want to educate them about.
Emotional Benefits
CrossFit is similar to sports and martial arts in how it can develop children on an emotional level. In our program, we work with kids on sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, listening skills, self-discipline and manners. These are all skills, though not physical, that will help kids become successful later in life. In addition, there is a noticeable difference in the confidence level of children who have been doing CrossFit. As their bodies get fitter and their abilities expand, children generally become more physically active and less self-conscious in other athletic situations. CrossFit will also benefit children who need to loose weight, resulting in a major change in body image and a big boost in self-esteem. This is especially important and beneficial in the pre-teen years.
