My favorite brewery in NYC - Anthony and Rob spin up amazing interpretations of farmhouse ales and other cool stuff. Join the CSB if you can! Or just grab a bottle and chill in the brewing area.

Great beer with something new done seemingly every month. A super friendly group of people who give tours of their facilities often and have always been incredibly accommodating to me

A small bottle only tasting room, with tables in the brewery where you can drink purchased bottles. Mostly Belgium style ales with interesting flavor.

Don't miss F4, a farmhouse ale brewed with a small portion of wheat and oats and three strains of Brettanomyces.

Big focus on yeast and fermentation here. Stop by the tiny space under the Pulaski bridge to taste and buy a few bottles.
