Such fresh sushi. Loved the nigiri and and the chocolate bento box for dessert with green tea ice cream. Good sake selection too.
As of summer 2013, this place is brand new, and always on a wait, but it's worth it. Amazingly fresh sushi with wonderful textures and flavors. Certified Kobe beef to die for. Great drink selection.

The best Japanese restaurant in Atlanta -- there are NO others, trust me! Order the Omakase if you are feeling adventurous or just sit at the sushi bar & what the magestry!
AdrianFebruary 23, 2014This might sound weird, but their pickled ginger is really good! Ginger from other restaurants is too "soapy" and bitter, like Lemon Fresh Joy. Umi's seemed sweeter to me. Excellent!
Yufei JianSeptember 29, 2017NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! They have weird dress code and keep us from having dinner there, while we then proceeded to CHOPS, a more luxury restaurant, and were seated and served nicely.
