- Michael GalpertMarch 15, 2012Made with a "Parma loaf" from Scratchbread bakery in Brooklyn. The bread get nice crunchy exterior when grilled, but the insides remain light and fluffy & the gouda oozes out.
- so good. sit by the window. i think the jam is homemade huckleberry (tasty-tasty). get the soft scrambled eggs on toasted sourdough.
- Whole wheat toast is a winner, thicker than usual, rich in flavor and moist. Came out hot, too.

- Get the huckleberry pancakes. They'll make your life better.
