Phat Buoy: One of my favourite bars in Preston. Extensive cocktail menu with some very original concoctions. Very dark inside but adds to atmosphere with good selection of music in the background
Phat Buoy: Recently relinquished ownership by LCC. Now in private ownership - let's hope it gets the investment it deserves and takes off as a revamped live music venue (been too long)
