Mallory Napolitano: Super modern and clean hotel in St Julians that isn’t too close to Paceville. If you want to use the rooftop pool, make sure you get up there early to get a sun bed!
Mallory Napolitano: You can’t book so expect to wait as it’s gets very busy. The service is ‘typical Italian’ but food and drinks really delicious. A little haven of a garden within the craziness of St Julians.
Mallory Napolitano: This place gets very busy on the weekends so expect to wait. Why not grab a beer and drink on their patio (no need to book/wait) overlooking the beach.
Mallory Napolitano: Good selection of beers from their onsite microbrewery. The food is OK, pretty massive portions. They show sport on screen, so avoid that if it’s not your thing.
Mallory Napolitano: Australian cuisine perfect for brunch or lunch (the bagel & waffles were great), if you’re headed for dinner book ahead! Try their own beer - a tastier version of VB!
Mallory Napolitano: Expensive but worth it, in the heart of Valletta, the cocktails were the best we had on the island. Try the Fig Negroni, absolutely delicious.
Mallory Napolitano: Great place for lunch in the heart of St Thomas Bay. Good selection of veggie/vegan options and some nice (non Cisk!) beers on draft. Very large beer garden out back so suitable for big groups.
Mallory Napolitano: Great little place to head to for a simple breakfast or lunch, or an afternoon/early evening drink. Looks onto St Thomas Bay - no tourists here!
Mallory Napolitano: Make sure you book as it gets very busy in the evenings - and request an outdoor or terrace table. Traditional and delicious Maltese food & drinks (even locals go here)
Mallory Napolitano: Best ice cream in Valletta, all the traditional flavours plus a few seasonal limited edition flavours too, including vegan friendly

Mallory Napolitano: Traditional Sicilian food, get the Ortygia platter and it’ll be enough for dinner! They are happy to adjust the type of food on the platter to accommodate dietary requirements (vegetarian etc)
