Nice ambience in an art nouveau space that seems to be inspired by Charles Rennie Mackintosh's tea room designs in Glasgow. Reasonable value for money (huge portions), nice tastes and good service.
Still the best coffee chain on the streets of Cairo. I regularly stop there for a double macchiato that keeps me awake for the rest of the trek.
Standards seem to be slipping! Review your takeaway order carefully before taking it away! For delivery, insist that the delivery man gives you back your change as delivery charge can reach LE 9!!
Poor organisation, leaves things to be desired.. At the Opera lounge, you hear the open air theatre music loud and clear, but not what's playing in the main hall in front of which you are waiting!!
