そば定食（中）750円、濃い味リクエストで。この麺! いわゆる沖縄そばの麺とは一線画してます、自家製麺とのことでこないだの「あん」と共通点多いかな。全体の完成感としては「あん」より「ウシ」の方が一般的、いい意味で。濃い味は最後までスープ飲み尽くしたくなる甘辛醤油風味。じゅーしーも美味
