御徒町界隈でお腹が空けば… ついつい足が向く、"とんかつ ヤマベ" 。お肉の質、サイズ、下味の塩梅、衣の揚げ具合、食感、白米、味噌汁、そして価格。自分の中での"とんかつ屋の基準"の筈だったのだが…。コロナ禍より少し前より、ジワジワと価格を上げてきており、費用対効果抜群な旨いとんかつ屋がどんどん増えてきている昨今、もちろん価格だけでなく、全体的に以前の提供内容に回帰してもらいたい気がする。

konpanDecember 20, 201511時に開店し、1番奥のカウンターへ。ちなみに入ったあとに気づいたが、このタイミングですでにカウンターが満席になり、店内の待合スペースも半分くらい埋まっていた。10分の差が明暗を分ける。ヒレカツ定食950円とカキフライ1個160円を注文。ヒレカツは外サクサク、中柔らか。厚切りな分、肉の旨みがよく出て、並なのに大くらいあるご飯が一気になくなる。

Ryosuke NakamuraSeptember 21, 2015ロースかつ定食で700円、キャベツたっぷりごはんはしっかり多めで男性でもお腹いっぱいになります。ロースかつ定食（大）でも900円、大満足です。カツは厚みがあって衣はくどくないし、しじみの味噌汁もお新香もおいしい。全部うまいっていうのがいいですね。昼は当然混みます。揚げ物屋さんなので夏はどうしても店内が蒸し暑くなりがち。Upvote3Downvote
ロースカツ定食750円。安くて美味しくて満足度の高いトンカツを目指して、皆並びます。でも、並んでいる時に注文を取るので、席に着いたらあまり待つことなくトンカツを食べられます。
