煮干しベースのあっさりしたスープ。隠し味の柚皮が奥から清涼感を醸し出す。コシのある細麺ととても合う。食べ進めるにつれて旨みが増すよう。最後にスープにご飯を入れた雑炊もあっさりしていて、あっという間に完食。ごちそうさまでした。
