いぬマンMarch 3, 2017京都を中心に展開中のホルモン行列店、アジェの二号店。名物のホソ(小腸)はオススメされる塩味とタレ両方味わってみてもいいかも。天壇よろしくつけダレがいわゆるお出汁になってて、こちらをくぐらせて表面の塩やら味噌やらを洗い流して頂くような感じになるため、お上品な味わいに。ちなみに京都だとツラミは天肉っていうのねん( ´༥` )
