Great Tonkotsu Ramen that you can customize the way you like. Size is big so if you are not that hungry, no need to add extra options. Gyuza is also nice to try. It is different than other places.

Very good black king ramen (black garlic and squid ink). Pork belly is insanely good; pork shoulder is so so. Beware that normal broth is still very fat. Get thin very hard noodles, seaweed, egg.

Pretty decent ramen 🍜 (slightly above average). I tried the black king ramen and it was good and tasty. Maybe a bit overwhelming with the toppings. Price is about $10 USD for a bowl.

Definitely one of the better place to dine and have your 'customize' noodle. Definitely on par with ippudo and great service too

They 叉燒飯 and 拳餃子: soso...don't order. Ramen: is normal 6.5/10. Nothing special about their ramen.

麵就算了，我鮮少有對拉麵非常滿意。但這飯⋯到底是放多久？整坨米飯都黏在一起，吃進嘴裡的口感有夠噁心。飯賣得不好就乾脆不要賣，不要把這種隨便的東西端上桌好嗎！

豚王、赤王、黒王、翠王、限定のラーメンが基本メニューで、あとはトッピングや味、麵の選択。海外で食べるラーメンとしては美味しいと思う。サービス料 10 % 取られる。
