Rue. SATOHOctober 6, 2018現在の三笠ビルは市制 50 周年の記念事業の一環として、昭和 34 (1959) 年 11 月に建てられたもの。三笠商店街自体は明治末期に成立しており、命名者は諏訪公園にある聖蹟の碑に揮毫した加藤寛治大将と伝わる。
