ジャックJanuary 11, 2021麺屋武蔵等と豚骨魚介Wスープ流行の初期牽引店の１つ。中野の本店等と違いはない安定した味。比較的粘性の強い豚骨スープはそれに負けない強烈な魚介スープと合わさり、このバランス。麺は黄色い舌触りツルツルの噛みごたえはモッチリ、ストレートの標準的な太さ。どの具材も私には美味しく、バランスも良い。
