たんシャブとトリュフ塩はとてもよく合う組み合わせ。塩ポン酢も美味。最後は雑炊より麺が断然お勧め。2015年になってから何度行ったか分からない程ハマってしまった。

最高に美味しかったすき焼き！お肉がジューシーで良質な脂が口の中に広がる❤️至極の時間でした。
