    住吉公園の西側に立つ高灯篭は住吉大社の灯篭で、鎌倉時代創建の日本最古の灯台。戦後、道路拡張等により基礎の石垣も一旦全て撤去されたが、昭和49年12月に現在地に鉄筋コンクリート造りとして復元再建され、現在は資料館として一般公開されています。住吉大社・住吉公園の歴史について説明員のおじさんにいろいろ質問すれば詳しく解説して頂けます。見学無料。
