Rock n roll salad is a gimmick they put into an ikea jar and shake with the dressing in front of u. Food was average, you're really paying to sit in a cool space. Maybe the sashimi is worth it?
I still find it amazing that this place still looks and feels up to date even after soooo many years. Food is good but not great, but the overall experience makes it a SH fixture.
Not so easy to find. It's directly at the street corner in a kind of hidden entrance. Location is super fancy and food is good. The 6-dish menu was very good, the sashimi is good but I expected more.
Recommend the toro & also the liver with daikon .. We had a little of everything else but it might be best just to get theirspecials or recommended dishes. Pricey food w/ excellent service..worth it?
Absolutely one of Shanghai's top spots. A classy, laid back and upscale atmosphere; impeccable service; innovative cuisine; and the sake tops it all off right.
Honestly, I can not agree with most of the comments here. The place is nice, service lacks attention to details and the 390RBMs menu is far from great. maybe for sushis ok
