This is the easiest and least busy station to access the Keisei Skyliner and ordinary lines to and from the airport. Forget Shinjuku, Tokyo and Shinagawa, this is so much easier.

Walk toward Sendagi station and discover Yanaka, an old well preserved neighborhood. Leave the station by the West exit, turn left and keep your right as walking down the road.

This is one of the stations you can come to take the Narita express train. The ride from the station to Narita Airport Terminal 1 and 2 takes around 40 minutes.

Going to narita on skyliner? You'll need to buy a normal ticket outside the ticket barrier, enter the ticket barrier with that ticket, then upgrade your ticket to a skyliner ticket.

Much less hectic than Ueno if you're taking the Keisei Skyliner to Narita. The difference in ticket price is negligible.

スカイライナーの券売機は改札内にも有り、改札外が結構並んでいても改札内ならかなりスムーズにチケットを購入できます。精神的にも結構余裕が生まれますね。thanks to Nik！

常磐線と他の路線の乗り換えが激しい。上野行の電車はここで結構な人が降り、品川行の電車もある程度空きます。上野東京ラインの開通の関係かここから品川行に乗車する人も現れました。

下りエスカレーターが一人分しかないので急いでいる時には階段を使いたくなるけど、実はエスカレーターでゆっくり降りた方が早いよね

京成線とJRとの乗り換えは便利なのに、日暮里･舎人ライナーとの乗り換えは不便。南口の間接乗り換え口が22時までとかも何とかして欲しいです。

スカイライナーと、モーニングライナー並びにイブニングライナーでは、車輌は同じながら成田空港まで倍の時間がかかるため、初心者は注意が必要。

日暮里駅は初めて降りたんだけどあんなに大きい駅だとは思ってなかったからビックリしてます。谷中銀座に行きたくて行ったんだけど…今まで思ってた印象と全く違うから本当にビックリ‼️また改めて行きたいと思います

朝常磐線ホームに降りる際ですが、上野寄りのエスカレーターは２本とも登り専用になるので注意です。

朝の常磐線ホーム階段は、山手線などへの乗り換え客で激混み。常磐線のホームに降りたい場合は、エスカレーター使った方が楽。
