"焼き醤油らーめん 900円。西山製麺の中太縮れ熟成玉子麺。豚バラ肉のチャーシュー、炒めたもやし、メンマ、白髪ネギ、青ネギ、昆布。豚骨・鶏ガラ・昆布から取られたスープ。利尻産昆布の旨味が前面に出ていて、グルタミン酸にやられる。醤油を中華鍋で焦がしていることで、香ばしくコク深い味わいになっている。日本人の舌にドンピシャな味。東京から行くのが最も困難な「島ラーメン」がここで食べれるのは有難い。"
