    名物・ジャンボめろんぱん1個200円。通常発酵時間60～90分のところを、約3時間かけ低温発酵。きめ細かでふわふわ生地になる。16時には売り切れることも。数年前、タイの日本専門旅番組「Majide Japan」に紹介されタイ人に大人気。

    店主は八丈島出身らしく、蕎麦には明日葉が練り込んであるものでした。唐辛子代わりに島唐辛子がありました。
