Great atmosphere and venue! It feels so original, apparently Shanghai style. Dedicate tea, good tiramisu. Pretty expensive.

Step in and feel like you just made a time jump back to 1920. Good coffee with a skilled barista, but be prepared to spend up to 500NT for it.

Also a salon with Aveda-trained stylist. Shampoo+cut= NT$700!!!!!
