NaoMay 8, 2015グラバー園内、旧自由亭の傍らに「西洋料理発祥の碑」が建っている。 自由亭は草野丈吉が作った日本最初の西洋料理店。お店はとても繁盛し、ホテル兼レストラン事業を関西へ拡大するため1887（明治20)に自由亭は廃業。1973(昭和48)年に保存のために長崎市が譲り受け、グラバー園内に移築復元したものである。

Massara Nati …November 18, 2014グラバー園内、現在喫茶室として利用されている旧自由亭の脇にあります。自由亭は江戸の終わりごろに日本で初めて西洋料理のレストランとして伊良林の神社前にオープンしました。
