Melissa GoodnightFebruary 15, 2018Holy wow! I came expecting a strong dashi broth, and it was noticeable but not overpowering. The pork was so tender it fell apart, noodles perfectly chewy. Overall fairly salty, but delicious! Try it!

KazyDecember 12, 2016銀笹塩ラーメン 850円。やや縮れた中細麺はしっかり目に茹でられているが、程よい弾力を残す。並150g、大盛225g。香ばしく炙られたチャーシューは、炙りに最適な厚みで大ぶり。海老を含んだ鯛つみれが2個。筍が練り込まれていることで食感が良い。他にメンマ、水菜、白髪ネギ、糸唐辛子。薬味は別皿で供される。スープはやや塩気が強めではあるが、あっさりとしていながら旨味が多い。上品で美味しい一杯。

Christophe FernandezMarch 27, 2016Un peu d'attente, mais ça vaut vraiment le coup. Bol bien garni, bouillon shio/shoyu bien pensé en contraste avec un chashu rôti. Deux petits beignets crevette/gingembre original dans un ramen.
Upvote1Downvote- KazyDecember 12, 2016半鯛飯 200円。鯛のほぐし身が入っている。そのまま食べるにはかなり優しい味だが、鯛茶漬け風にすれば塩気のきいたラーメンの出汁と相まって絶品。半鯛飯でも茶碗1膳分あり（鯛飯だと2膳分）、美味でサラサラとしているので食べれてしまうが、ラーメンもそれなりの量はあるので食べ過ぎに要注意。
