Try foie gras soba and takikomi-gohan There are set menus featuring seasonal ingredients like hanasansho in spring, ayu and hamo in summer, matsutake in autumn, and matsubagani and fugu in winter.

Save some space for the special treat that comes at the end of the meal... A killer truffle rice which is addictive. You can ask for a doggy bag if you can't finish
