Pretty great contemporary art museum with a good curation selection of emerging and established artists. Not super big. Can spend 2-3 hours pretty well

This is the national art galleries in Seoul. It opens lots of interesting exbitions. Gallery itself is not that large but you can enjoy Ducksukung Palace at the same time.

Great place to come work, relax, meditate or whatever you feel like. Tourists don't really go here so win-win.

Good museum with a lot of emotional pieces. Majority of art centered around tension between north and South Korea. Will help you understand situation better

Free entrance- although free portion is quite small. The current exhibit on Nordic furniture/architecture is $7 & very interesting.

근대건축 양식의 건물부터 마음에 듭니다. 다양하게 준비하는 전시도 좋고요. 아, 1층과 2층에 아주 편한 소파가 있어요. 구경하다 힘이 들면 몸을 푹 파묻고 쉴 수가 있답니다.

1호선 시청역 1번 출구, 2호선 시청역 11, 12번 출구 하차. [팁]지하철 시청역1,2호선 1번출구로 나와 덕수궁 정문에서 우측의 샛길(덕수궁돌담길)을 따라 걷다가분수대가 나오면 왼쪽 오솔길로 진입. (도보 5분 소요)

대한민국에서 한정적인 예산으로 가장 높은 질의 전시를 구현하는 미술관. 다만 천경자관의 공간이 아쉽다.

1층 화장실 앞에 무료 짐 보관함 있어요. 1층 카페 옆에는 어린이 놀이방과 수유실도 있네요 ^^
