this is my routine after 12 hour flight from LAX to ICN. Ask for the key to the shower first, then grab a glass of wine or a Vodkaorange then hit the shower room, finish off with the massage chair.
Best business lounge in the airport. Open space, comfy seats, good shower facilities and good hot & cold food selection. Semi private lounging possible located near the shower rooms.
One of the best perks of Star Alliance Gold is being able to access a lounge with 1 guest. Asiana Business East near Gate 11 is less busy than Central.
new location, by gate 28 now, seems bigger, all the same set up, even the same lay out in the shower room. Still one of the best business lounges I have been.
Good facilities, good chair and quite spacious, this lounge also c/w private zone, good for those who having long hour transit time. food options is super limited only hv sandwiches & instant noodle
Even if you're not flying business class, it's worth the $30 to get in for the day. I used the lounge to store my luggage for a citytour, took a free shower upon my return, and then got to relax!
Ask for a key from the reception for the showers. Includes all the toiletries you will need as well as a towel. I found the WiFi worked best near the walls for some reason.
The showers are god sent after a long haul flight. Good variety of beverage options, however, the food selection is lacking. Breakfasttofu is delicious!
Put your name on the shower list when you check in. When it comes your turn, they will let you wait til the next shower if you are not ready. Otherwise, you may miss out!
They accept Priority Pass here. It can be crowded but never too loud. Love how there are abundant charging outlets. Food and alcohol selection are pretty limited, but food quality is not bad.
This has got to be the worst lounge I’ve been to. Miserable “food”, miserable drinks, no sparkling water, air conditioning barely keeping up and so crowded there were no seats. What a joke Emirates.
Food choices was limited and could be improved. There were sandwiches, spaghetti, some Korean dishes. Drinks are pretty basic. Overall, nothing to crow about with this lounge.
It’s average for an international business classlounge. Self serve alcohol. Limited food options. Surprised to see Lipton branded tea in a premium lounge.
Great lounge. Not as nice as ual in Narita. But lots of space, good wireless, decent grub and lots of tv's in case you weren't already sick off CNN-Asia.
Newly renovated as of 10/24/13. Two sections now. The old lounge is to the right of the welcome desk, new section is to the left. Old section is much quieter because everyone heads to the left.
