Pass on the yakitori. The yam on the tuna was described by my date as "goo". After the fact, I hear it's good for udon.

일본에 본점을 두고 서울에 차린 직영점이라는 설명을 듣고 방문. 사누끼 우동의 굵은 면발에 익숙하던 차에 얇은 면은 약간 의외. 세이로 간장 쓰유 정식에 면 추가하면 15000원 정도 (남성의 경우 그래도 약간 모자란 느낌). 면발은 탄력있고 싱싱하나 국물이 짠 편. 일본 우동은 면발에 집중하는 것이 맞을 듯. 가격대비 실망스러움: B0

에비크림고로케 머스트 트라이!! 솔직히 육수나 소스가 특별한건 모르겠는데 면발은 확실히 넘사벽! 면발을 제대로 느끼려면 냉우동! 미소참깨소스가 제입맛엔 더 맞았어요.

불고기 우동 : 국물불고기에 우동말아 먹는 맛. 짭쪼름해서 김치 얹어 밥과 먹으면 맛나다. ;D

면이 무척 맛있는 우동입니다. 쯔케멘의 경우 조금 짜게 느껴질 수 있어요.

맛이 괜찮아서 물어봤더니 건면, 쯔유를 전부 일본에서 들여와서 여기서 조리만 하는 거라고. 그렇게 치면 가격이 싸지는 않은 느낌.
